Treatment

Reiki is a non-invasive natural healing therapy treatment that can be given to combat stress, anxiety, tension, headaches, back problems, menstrual problems etc.

It is a deeply relaxing therapy that can help to unwind, but also invigorate.  If you are feeling low on energy Reiki will help to re-balance this, and if you are well – Reiki will help to you stay that way.

Each Reiki session will be for around 1 hr. duration.  The first appointment will be for 1 hour 30 minutes as this will take in any medical/personal information that we may need to be aware of.

The rooms are very inviting with hydraulic couches for your comfort.  As soon as you relax into the couch you will gain a sense of deep peace.  You will remain fully clothed after removing your footwear and any tight belts, ties etc.  Your Reiki practitioner will explain how the therapy will begin, and if they will be working on or slightly off your body. (Individuals preference may vary).

Normally a full Reiki will be given, and where applicable you will be asked to turn over, so that the Reiki practitioner can work along your back, and backs of legs.

You may have a variety of experiences.  Some people see colours and images. You may experience a warm tingling feeling, and a sense of deep relaxation.  Often you will be surprised to learn that you have been on the couch for over an hour.

After the therapy, your practitioner will take time to go through what has been picked up in your healing.  Water will be offered to you, and then time for you to unwind naturally, as you relax in our garden room maybe with a cup of herbal tea, before you begin your journey home.

All of our Reiki practitioners are fully qualified, and will be able to answer any questions that you may have.  Usually we recommend that you have a minimum of three sessions – depending on individual circumstances, at least one week apart.

We do not rush you away, you may stay as long as you need, leaving us re-balanced, refreshed and renewed.

Cost per session £40 (1 hour 15 minutes)
